Maqui is a deep-purple berry native to the forests of southern Chile, including Patagonia.

Our maqui is sourced from Chile.
How is maqui powder made?
Our maqui berries are carefully freeze-dried and finely ground into a powder, preserving their natural color and flavor.
How do I use maqui powder?
Maqui powder is easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Add it to yogurt, oatmeal, chia pudding, smoothies, beverages, fruit, or breakfast bowls—or get creative with your favorite recipes!
How much should I use?
We recommend starting with 1 teaspoon (3g) per serving. Adjust the amount based on your recipe and personal preference.
Does it contain any added ingredients?
No. Our maqui powder is made from 100% maqui berries, with no added sugars, fillers, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.
How should I store it?
Keep the pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want every Aysén Maqui order to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@aysenmaqui.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.

We want you to feel confident trying Aysén Maqui. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you've opened the pouch.
What if I try maqui powder and don't like it?
That's completely okay! We understand that trying something new is a personal experience. If our maqui powder isn't right for you, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you with a refund.
Will I receive a full refund?
Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method for the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
